There she taught and studied with Elisabeth Halfpapp and Fred DeVito, co-founders of the Core Fusion® program at Exhale Spa. Having spent ten years as a lead teacher she was ready to move on.
In 1997, the Debbie Frank Exercise Studio opened in Larchmont, New York. It is there that she has and continues to build a large and loyal following. Debbie's passion and enthusiasm is spread nationwide.
In 2005, Debbie reunited with her mentors, Elisabeth Halfpapp and Fred DeVito of Exhale Spa. At Exhale, Debbie is the National Core Fusion® Teacher Training Manager. As a teacher trainer and studio owner, Debbie brings experience, education and fun to the many teachers she has trained and the many guests she has taught.

jesse manocherian
Jesse's movement background began at age 3, when instead of just watching his sister's dance class he began taking his own tap and jazz classes. Since then, Jesse's performing career has led him to gyms, yoga, ballet, and, of course, music theatre dance. After graduating from Northwestern University, he returned home to New York where he was led to his first core fusionclass.
Since that first month of zen, Jesse has immersed himself in the core fusion program studying with the exhale training team, bringing his own knowledge of movement and breath to the Debbie Frank Exercise Studio and Exhale Spa and learning every day from the brilliant team members and guests alike. He believes that transformation can be a part of every day life, and fills his classes with the excitement to change.
alyson drew Alyson started out as a client of the Debbie Frank Exercise Studio five years ago. A former college athlete and avid exerciser, she came to love Core Fusion®. More than just a class, she saw it as a complement to her many other activities: tennis, swimming, running. The group aspect along with the body transforming qualities led her to teaching.
Alyson has embraced Core Fusion® and looks forward to helping others achieve the rewards of this full body workout.
laurie levy
Growing up an avid athlete, Laurie played varsity sports throughout high school and partly through college. Upon graduating from Rollins College in 1996, she found herself at a loss. Being a team athlete for so many years she missed the “team” experience. Then one day in July 2000, she took a class at the Debbie Frank Exercise Studio in Larchmont, New York, that changed her life. It was there she discovered her true passion for group fitness. From that day to present, Laurie continues to work closely with her mentor Debbie Frank. In the fall of 2004, while still at the Debbie Frank Exercise Studio she began her journey with exhale spa. In 2006, Laurie left New York for the opportunity to be the Mind Body Movement Manager of the Boston exhale. After a wonderful year and great success in building the Boston program she returned to New York. At present, Laurie is the Core Fusion® Coordinator at exhale in New York. As the coordinator, she continues to teach full time as well as manage 400 classes, 5 locations, a staff of 30 plus teachers and oversee the general welfare of the program which includes Core Fusion®, Core Energy Flow® and Core Fusion Sport®.
elise glaser Elise studied ballet for 20 years, after which she traded in her dancing shoes to work at her family’s
wholesale florist. Never one for the scene at the gym, she sought
out an alternative form of exercise. She found it in a studio
in Larchmont, NY. After her first class, she was hooked. She loved
the effects it had on her body, but also her mind. Three months
later she was asked to train as a teacher and was trained by
the owner of the studio, Debbie Frank (now the Core Fusion National Teacher
Trainer for exhale). Elise has been teaching for 10 years now and her love
and respect for the human body continues to inspire her guests.
